I am pleased to do business with you. Your satisfaction is important to me. If you receive a product you are unhappy with, please email me immediately. I want you to be happy with your purchases and will do what I can to make things right. Customer satisfaction is my number one priority.
Most of our product is hand made. The potpourri is made of all natural flowers, herbs, spices and essential oils so cannot be considered allergy free. No responsibility is taken for any physical reaction to this natural product unless otherwise stated.
Any custom order, such as a monogrammed piece, is non-returnable. These are made as ordered to your specifications as to color of fabric and initial.
Any of our stock items can be returned within 10 business days in original condition for a refund or a replacement product.. Postage will not be refunded.
For the holiday season, any item bought as a gift may be returned through January 10, 2010.

Paypal is the preferred payment method. This is safe and secure. If you would prefer to pay by check without going through PayPal, please email me at pmorello@citlink.net. The product will be held until check is received and has cleared the bank.
Products are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges will include cost of packing materials and postage. If an overpayment is made, it will be refunded immediately.
